This past Monday was a total triumph for our friends from Women house, Moment Trigger and L.A. Public Library, and their friends Vulture and Bow + Arrow. I was really impressed with all the bands. Moment Trigger Chris had broken ribs but he and Tierra still rocked it majorly, Bow + Arrow pulled off one of their most sublimely disturbing shows (a nice slow lysergic burn from a band that usually goes POW!), Vulture is Josh Savin’s extreme metal band and they were soo fucking good, and then there was L.A. Public Library who were absolutely transcendent in their expansive spaciness. One of my favorite Mondays ever—the music was untouchable!!
